Enjoy Autumn Colors at Home

Don’t get me wrong. I love living in Hawaii. The beautiful blue skies, outdoor activities throughout the year, the smell of the ocean – never gets old. Even so, there is nothing like the bright autumn colors of the fall. I traveled to Seattle a few years ago, probably around August and was able to truly see autumn colors. Growing up, we always traveled in the summer, while the leaves on the trees were still green. Previously, I’ve seen it in pictures and on the web, but it did not compare with seeing it in person. Combined with the crisp cold air, and the smell of the leaves on the ground – it was spectacular!

Bringing Autumn Colors Into My Home

After returning home, I couldn’t get the colors of this wonderful season out of my mind. I wanted to have colors like that in my own home. I started creating more trees with the bright orange, autumn leaves that I fell in love with. This allowed me to see these colors to remind me of that wonderful trip.
